At Martí, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. From the date of purchase, you have up to 14 days to request a return. Please follow the guidelines below:
● Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with reason for return and order # to attain a Return Authorization Code. This approval code must be included in the package with all returned merchandise and your return invoice in order for Martí to accept and process your return.
● Returned merchandise should include all original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
● Original receipt of purchase and Return Authorization Code are required for any return. If for any reason the original receipt is not available, please contact us at email@example.com.
● Please allow 7-10 days to process your return.
● You should ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. We do not pay for the cost to ship returns to Marti.
